If you are an OAPS member, you can expedite this process by logging into to the members area to submit a report.
Regardless of whether you are a member of OAPS, reporting all instances of assault on a process server is important to the continued lobbying and legislative efforts to support and protect process servers in the field. This information will be used to compile statistical data. Remember, you need not be a member of OAPS to report an assault in the performance of your duties as a process server. This information will be directed to the OAPS Legislative Committee Chair.
